Refunds and Returns Policy for Amooliya Tara

Thank you for shopping at Amooliya Tara. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your options for returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- We offer a 100% refund on all products (excluding specific sale items like in Month End Sale/ End of Season Sale (mentioned in title of product)/Buy 1 Get 1 Free/End of Year Sale/Discount Code/Coupon Code Campaign orders/products) within 3 days of receipt/purchase. Please note, orders exceeding Rs 350 with discount coupons are ineligible for return. For Buy 2 Get 1 Free coupons, only one product out of three is eligible for exchange.
- Exchanges are available for all products due to sizing/fitting issues. Products must be unwashed and free of stains when returned.
- In the event that you receive an incorrect product, please contact us immediately via email or phone. While such occurrences are rare, we acknowledge the possibility of human error. Rest assured, we will promptly arrange for either a replacement or a refund according to your preference.
2. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return for a physical product, please follow these steps:
- Requests for exchanges or returns must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product. Please contact us via email at dixitreema123@gmailcom or WhatsApp at +91 8980630261 to initiate the process.
- For returns, please provide 2 images of the product via WhatsApp at +91 8980630261 or email at [email protected] .For exchanges, please message or email using the same contact information provided above.
3. Exchange/Refund Process
- After receiving your request via email or WhatsApp, we will contact you to confirm the details. Subsequently, depending on the availability of reverse pick-up services, we will either schedule a pick-up or request you to send the package to us via courier.
- If we arrange the pick-up, we will provide you with a tracking ID to monitor the return parcel’s status. If you choose to courier the package yourself, please share the courier’s tracking ID with us via WhatsApp at +91 8980630261 or email at [email protected].
- Upon receiving the returned product, we will proceed with either exchanging the requested item or initiating a refund, depending on your preference. Please note that the entire process, from initiating the request to delivering the exchange product or processing the refund, may take between 20-25 working days.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear in your account.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- For returns of physical products due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, including change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange the product for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team to arrange the exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund for the returned item.
Cancellation Policy:

- To cancel your exchange request, you can mail us at [email protected] with your order no and mail id within 24hrs of placing an exchange request.
